Dr. Gregory A. Roadruck
Dr. Roadruck serves food animal, equine and small animal clients. He joined the Orrville Veterinary Clinic in 1980. Dr. Roadruck is active in the community and has been the school board president in Orrville since 1994. He and his wife, Carolyn, have two adult daughters, Allison and Lindsay, and 2 cats, Polly and Sophie.
Dr. Marissa Hofstetter
Dr. Hofstetter's veterinary interests include small animal medicine, surgery, and dentistry. She is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Marissa enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, gardening, traveling, and watching Ohio State football. She and her husband, Kyle, reside in Kidron with their dog, Scarlet, and cats, Ada & Levi.
Dr. Jeffrey R. Fink
Dr. Fink has divided responsibilities between small animal medicine/surgery, equine and food animal clients. Dr. Fink joined the Orrville Veterinary Clinic in 2002. He and his wife, Beth, are kept busy with their four children and farm outside of Dalton.
Dr. Gabe E. Middleton
Dr. Middleton serves bovine, equine, small ruminant, and small animal clients in the area. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in June 2008. He currently resides outside of Orrville with his wife, Megan, and dog, Piper. Dr. Middleton enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and watching football (mainly Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes).
Dr. Matt Friend
Meet our west Veterinarian:
Dr. Matt Friend is a native of Grove City, OH. He graduated from Miami University (OH) with a bachelors degree in Zoology in 2010. He then attended vet school at Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in May 2014. Upon graduation from Mississippi State, he began completion of a one year rotating internship at Memphis Veterinary Specialists in Memphis, Tennessee. His interests include surgery, internal medicine and emergency care. Dr. Friend completed several externships with our Orrville Vet Clinic during vet school and looks forward to joining OVC in June 2015. In his free time, Dr. Friend enjoys an active lifestyle of hunting, fishing, golfing, and participating in CrossFit. He will become a familiar face at Akron Barberton Veterinary Clinic.
Amy Raifsnider is a registered veterinary technician and the main technician at our Akron Barberton Veterinary Clinic. Amy will also be seen at both of our other two locations: Orrville Veterinary Clinic and Seville Wadsworth Veterinary Clinic. She has worked full time since 2006, but started working in 2000 as a kennel assistant. Amy enjoys working outside and gardening. She lives with her two cats; Cleo and Felicia; as well as her two dogs: Chance and Baron.
Shelby Weeman is a veterinary assistant at all three of our offices, but will most likely be seen at our Akron Barberton location. She has worked a variety of jobs within our company for the past 6 years. Shelby resides outside of Orrville with her cousins and her boxer, Riley. In her spare time, she enjoys watching NASCAR, spending time with friends and family, cooking, and cleaning. Shelby is hoping to further her education and expand her qualifications in the fall.
Kayla Triplett RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician
Kayla is a registered veterinary technician with extensive experience in small animal anesthesia. She and her husband live near our Seville location with their two dogs, Diablo and Kami. In her spare time she enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
